At Brown Dog Lodge our focus is on hiring and retaining the best team to serve our customers and their pets. To do this we’ve invested in the MasterPlan Pet Care system. This technology allows each position to operate in a self managing fashion while building a strong team model.

Every position at the Brown Dog Lodge operates as a discrete job function with scheduled, “anchor” activities that specify the manner in which we do everything.

Providing the basis for optimum workflow, our system helps everyone to know when to work, what to do, and what standards of service are required. Not only that but this system acts as an ongoing education process for each employee developing the following skills:
