Department Manager
We are looking for a pet care professional with at least three years of dog specific experience who would like to learn every aspect of our business. Your industry experience may come from dog boarding, training, working with service dogs, veterinary, grooming, or running your own pet care business.
Understanding our overall facility flow is essential to be able to oversee and manage daily operations. Your training would include an understanding of reception, daycare, lodge, bathing, dog behavior, communications, and general procedural protocols.
Our business is customer service oriented and set up so that our team members train to achieve continually higher levels of this. We are always in motion, building the best place for dogs to be and their families to feel delighted with – and everything we do supports that mission.
If you are interested in a long-term growth plan, continual in-house training with potential for income increases, and being in a place where everything you’d do would be “dogccentric”, we’d like to meet you.

COMPENSATION
$20.50/hr – $22/hr +
Pay depends on experience. Performance based bonus upon approval.
