Understanding our overall facility flow is essential to be able to oversee and manage daily operations. Your training would include an understanding of reception, daycare, lodge, bathing, dog behavior, communications, and general procedural protocols.
Our business is customer service oriented and set up so that our team members train to achieve continually higher levels of this. We are always in motion, building the best place for dogs to be and their families to feel delighted with – and everything we do supports that mission.

At K9 Activity Club we have thriving Balanced Dog Training Program. From our Puppy Program to our Behavior Modification we work with all breed types and their owners to support their goals with a focus on successful outcomes.
We are looking for hard-working individuals to join our training team who:
•Work well under supervision, as a team and independently
•Strong communication skills
•Substantial experience with dogs
•Willingness to learn
•Ability and willingness to follow instructions
•Available 30+ hours a week, minimum of 5 days Monday-Friday, 12:00-6:00 pm daily and or Saturdays 9am-12pm may be required.

To generate revenue for K9 Activity Club, sustain the integrity of the brand and drive guest satisfaction by managing and executing our marketing plan, including digital marketing, social media marketing, promotions, public relations and collateral design. This leader will manage the execution of communications to key audiences including guests, veterinary hospitals, shelters, and related partners while maintaining relationships with key vendors and being an ambassador for the facility with regard to media requests.

Pets in our facility must be cared for promptly, every day. The facility is staffed 365 days a year and is exceptionally busy when schools are on holiday recess. Experience is necessary, however a genuine love for animals is a must. You must be able to handle dogs of all sizes without being afraid of them and without allowing them to control you. You must be in good physical condition, able to squat, stoop, bend, lift, and do a lot of walking. Must be willing to maintain the highest standards in cleanliness. There will be opportunities for advancement, if you excel.
As a Team Member you are involved with all of the day-to-day activities that happen at K9 Activity Club. You are key to each pet’s stay making sure everything that they need is happening and ensuring our doggie guests have a great vacation while their owners are away. As the Daycare Supervisor, you are responsible for:

Pet care is the core of our operations and this position requires caring for all aspects of a pet during its stay. Strong attention to detail and a team player attitude are required, as is your love for pets! This person is often the first point of contact for new and existing customers requesting to make a reservation or requesting more information about our resort, as such this is one of the most important roles at our facility.
