We are currently looking for two dog handlers who are available for weekday shifts at our West Seattle location. This is a new location for us, so flexibility and creativity as we expand and work out the kinks of a new team are essential for this role.
If you love dogs, are comfortable managing a group of 10-15 small to medium sized dogs in a play group, are exceptionally reliable, love to work hard and have an interest in positive dog training this is the job for you!
Our dog handlers work closely with our certified dog trainers in teaching specific behavior skills as well as managing group play using positive reinforcement and practices based in animal learning theory. Responsibilities include cleaning dog and staff areas, communicating with clients, and managing play groups in an indoor/outdoor setting.
Shifts would be between 7am and 6pm with a regular schedule of 20-40 hours per week Monday through Friday.
Teamwork, attention to detail, flexibility, independent thinking and problem solving as well as an enjoyment of a fast paced work environment are also essential.

We are currently looking for both a part time and a full time dog handler for weekday and weekend shifts.
If you love dogs, are comfortable walking with a group of 12-15 dogs in an off leash environment, are exceptionally reliable, love to work hard and be outside, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities include walking around outdoors with an off leash play group in a large fenced area, scooping poop and making sure the dogs are safe and having fun. Ability to walk among running and playing dogs across uneven terrain and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds is also required.Roughly half the job includes cleaning indoor spaces, feeding dogs and communicating with clients.
Shifts would be during our operating hours: between 7am and 7pm with a regular schedule of 20-40 hours per week.
