Full Time,  Part Time

Kennel Technician

Our organization is about people and their dogs. It’s about helping people and INSPIRING them to do with and more for their dogs. We are a group of energetic, motivated people who love what we do and are looking for other like-minded, high-quality people to join us. We offer exciting opportunities that will challenge your abilities, expand your skills and reward your contributions. Our Leadership Team is passionate about fostering both personal and professional growth for all.

Our fast growing canine business seeks an additional Kennel Technicians to assist in the day to day care of the canine guests here at our resort as well as the resort dogs. Candidates must be a bit on the dog crazy side and share our passion for outstanding care of our canine guests. It is not enough to “love dogs” (we know most of us do!!) You must be able to handle dogs with temperaments of all types from the shy introverted dogs to the solid, stable dogs to the, well, somewhat over the top working dogs, with little to no training. You must be confident, assertive, but most of all willing to learn our ways of working with the dogs. This job is not for the faint of heart! We are growing and looking for some people to grow with us.

This is a physical job dealing with lots and lots of cleaning and organization. The job requires a fair amount of multi-tasking.  Taking great care of dogs, starts with taking great care of the facility.  We also do a lot of walks, swim times, and general movement of dogs. Since the dogs staying with us don’t sit around, doing nothing, neither do we!!! If you love the out of doors, love dogs, love physical activity, can clean like crazy this may be for you! Experience in a kennel facility, vet hospital or shelter a plus but not required. We will train the right people!

This is a Kennel Technician position with a great support staff and leadership team. The position is currently part time; with variable hours (but appx) 20 hours per week but could easily become full time for the right applicant.  We have a three phase hiring process. Only those who complete both phases will be considered for employment.

Phase 1: Read Our Strategic Vision (below)
Phase 2: Online Application (below) &
Phase 3: Hiring Seminar (upon invitation)

Only online applications will be accepted.
